TBT completed acquisition of EDESTRA Ltd., a start-up company focused on energy saving solution for medical devices. The new acquisition is planned to result in development of multi-level energy saving solutions providing water and electrical savings on existing devices of TBT range. It is planned to market the initial level of water saving functions, providing savings on cooling water, and set it as a standard feature in near future. The main aim is to provide our partners with an even wider and more sophisticated range of products – as well as the best possible service at all levels, to manufacture happiness for all chains active in field of healthcare. After the acquisition EDESTRA will be renamed as TBT TECHNIC to serve only needs of TBT.
